CREATORS GET PAID? NO MORE PICTURES?

The new word on the street is that Instagram is going to get rid of photos. Earlier this month one of IG Team members said that IG is moving away from photo-based to video. All of this is in the effort to compete with competitors such as Tik Tok and Youtube.

So you ask what does this mean for you?

You can still post pictures on your feed but their new features will be focused on optimizing video. My advice for many is to make sure that you are using these features more than you are using photos. If you are a business owner utilize the videos to help sell your products. Utilize video to also teach.

Reels are going to be the NEW wave! Not only are they the NEW but you will eventually be able to get paid from your reels. By the end of 2022, they will invest over $1billion in programs that give creators new ways to make money. That will also include bonuses that pay you for your content.

All in all, make sure that you are a step ahead of the curve now and not later.
